Terms of service

Welcome to CHIC AND SHINE. By placing an order on our site you agree to the terms below. Please also read our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

Placing an order

Once your order is placed, we get it ready and send it out. Occasionally an item may be out of stock or listed with an error. If that ever affects your order, we'll contact you before anything is sent, and you can choose to wait, swap, or cancel at no cost.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices from time to time, but never after you've placed your order. Delivery is always shown before you confirm.

Our mix-and-match offer gives you any 2 powders for $28.00 or any 3 for $38.00. It's applied automatically in your bag.

Promo codes

• You can use one promo code per order.
• Some codes have an expiry date, a minimum order or a limit on how many times they can be used.
• We can withdraw a code at any time. Codes have no cash value.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives. We never ask for card details, so if anyone claiming to be us does, please ignore them and let us know.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery is free on every order. See our shipping policy for details.

Our products

Our hair shadow powder is a cosmetic for use on your hair and scalp. We do our best to show shades accurately, but colours can look a little different on different screens.

Your account

You don't need an account to order. If you make one, please keep your password private. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Reviews

We read every review before it goes up. We publish honest reviews, good or bad, but we won't publish anything rude, off-topic or containing personal details. You can ask us to take your own review down at any time.

Our responsibility

We'll always do our best to put things right if something goes wrong with your order. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Lebanese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
